The father of Jimmy Atchison attended several protests in Atlanta and continues to speak out about police brutality after the death of his son in 2019.
Jimmy Atchison was murdered by the police in the city of Atlanta during 2019 around the time of the Super Bowl Game. Police shot him in the face killing him while he was unarmed in a apartment during the serving of a warrant. His father, Jimmy Hill has been at every protest in Atlanta since the recent murder of another unarmed Black man, George Floyd. We want to be sure to keep his name alive as well during such trying times in America and may Jimmy Atchison rest in peace.
