Dj Roots Queen Now on ‘My Turn Radio’ with Dj Hypeness!!!!

All is well on the women empowerment scene here in the world of ‘Roots Queen’. The official Dj for Grammy award winning producer, Zaytoven Beats and curator of ‘Rude Girl Radio’, has just landed a new placement with ‘My Turn Radio’. ‘My Turn Radio’ is a all female online Caribbean radio station featuring some of the most Iconic female Djs in the game. Dj Roots Queen has been moving and shaking hard in these Atl streets, and had a very productive Hot Girl Summer! After a successful online interview with Carisha The Diva, a thriving music selector playlist on Tidal, breaking Zaytoven’s and Boosie Bad Azz new music at their listening party, spinning at dope spots like the Gentleman’s Club Atl, not only is she staying booked, she’s staying humble, empowering, and willing to support other women in the industry.

Dj Roots Queen has always been out spoken when it comes to the lack of female Djs in the game, so it’s no surprise this collab between her and Dj Hypeness even started.

“My Turn Radio is an all Female Disc Jocks and Host, Online Radio station founded by Jessica Lawrence, best known to most as DJ. Hypeness. In an industry dominated by men, it becomes difficult for most female Dj to get the right recognition. In a lot of cases, even when blessed with a host of talent, the female Djs are sometimes out shined by a male Dj. This radio station’s sole purpose is to give all the female Disc Jocks a chance to increase their fan base while showing off their skills. It’s an opportunity to be on a platform that allows listeners to focus solely on Female Djs and host

The show launched in September and is off to a great start, plus picking up new listeners everyday! Dj Roots Queen will be live on Thursday’s from 3pm to 6pm so make sure add to your list of site links. Interested female Dj’s looking to team up to this fast growing new movement should contact Dj Hypeness at (347) 208-8520 .
