Route Runna Entertainment in conjunction with Def Jam hosted a lively press run for Buffalo New York native Benny the Butcher. The rapper just released his latest single ‘Big Dog’ featuring New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne. The single was produced by musical legend the Alchemist, and once again showcases Benny’s raw lyrical style.
Over previous years Benny has had many successful achievements with his music as well as some movie appearances. It’s no secret that the rap star is also well admired by another legend in the industry, Jay Z. He had a role in the film Conflicted and mentions that he would love to take on more acting roles.
His latest single ‘Big Dog’ was the talk of the hour Thursday night as several media outlets attended his press run at Coco Studios in Atlanta. Live with Carisha, Tha Culture Report, Trappin in the Basement, Rude Girl Radio, and more names were amongst the who’s who in the building to get the exclusive story.
Dj Baby Drea was on the 1s and 2s for the evening and the vibes were chilled and relaxed with many of the who’s who of the city mingling and enjoying the new music from Benny.
